Waterfront Retail Park

Waterfront Retail Park is the main out-of-town shopping location in Barry. It is home to stores such as Morrisons and Argos.

The main retailer here is a Morrisons superstore, selling their reliable wide ranges of grocery products. Inside is an in-store café-restaurant, while there is a Morrisons petrol filling station on the car park.

Alongside the supermarket is a retail park terrace with several well-known shopping brands. Here you'll find a Halfords store selling automotive essentials plus and cycling and camping equipment. Next door is a Pets at Home, incorporating a Groom Room pet grooming salon and a Vets4Pets vet surgery.

The retail park is home to an Argos Extra store, selling the full Argos catalogue offer including toys, technology, home electrical appliances, furniture and sports equipment.

Also here are Poundstretcher, selling a wide range of cut-price food cupboard items, homewares, toiletries, cleaning supplies and pet products.

There is a KFC restaurant with drive-thru facility. Costa Coffee and Burger King are both due to open at Waterfront Retail Park in early 2020.

There is a large customer car park with over 900 spaces which is free for customer use.

Opening times

Standard trading hours for the Morrisons store are from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Opening times at the other stores vary, though typically they trade until 8pm on weekdays, until 6pm on Saturdays and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
