Pipps Hill Retail Park

Pipps Hill Retail Park is one of the main out-of-town shopping locations in Basildon, Essex. The retail park is home to major retail names including B&Q, Currys, Asda and TK Maxx.

The Asda store at Pipps Hill sells groceries and also has a second level with their George clothing, electrical and home ranges.

Currys PC World has a showroom of home electricals, computing and entertainment technology, plus a branch of the Carphone Warehouse mobile phone store.

TK Maxx has their unique offer of branded fashion clothing and accessories as well as home furnishing displays.

The Argos store at Pipps Hill sells their full catalogue range including toys, electricals, furniture and sports products. They also have an in-store EE mobile phone shop.

B&Q's DIY warehouse has all the essentials for home projects, gardening and maintenance. The store includes furniture, furnishings and lighting, plus bedroom, bathroom and kitchen displays.

Furniture stores here are ScS, DFS and Wren Kitchens. The DFS store includes a Dwell furniture showroom.

The Pets at Home store incorporates a Vets4Pets vet practice and a Groom Room pet grooming salon.

Other stores at the retail park include Halfords, Card Factory and Poundstretcher.

There is a large customer car park.

Cafes and restaurants

The retail park has a Burger King restaurant with drive-thru, a Costa Coffee and a Subway sandwich bar. There is also a cafe inside Asda.

Opening hours

Pipps Hill Retail Park does not have set trading hours.

The Asda superstore opens from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

The other shops on the retail park typically trade until 8pm on weekdays, until 7pm on Saturdays and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays. However some stores will differ from these times.
