Durham City Retail Park

Located to the east of the cathedral city, Durham City Retail Park is a popular out-of-town shopping destination. It boasts a variety of major retail names including B&Q, Argos, Currys and Sports Direct.

The biggest store here is a B&Q DIY warehouse which includes kitchen and bathroom showrooms, plus a garden centre area.

Argos sell the full range of products from their catalogue at their store. This includes electricals, toys, jewellery, furniture and sports goods.

The Currys PC World here has a wide range of home electrical and technology products. You'll also find a Carphone Warehouse mobile phone store inside Currys.

Other stores at the retail park are Boots, Sports Direct, B&M Bargains, ScS, Bensons and Carpetright.

Also here is a Pizza Hut restaurant and a KFC with drive-thru.

There is a large free customer car park with over 1,000 spaces.

Opening hours vary. The retail park is open 7 days-a-week and most retail stores normally trade until 8pm on weekdays.
