Newbury Retail Park

Newbury Retail Park is the main out of town shopping development in the town of Newbury, Berkshire. It has a strong offer of popular High Street retailers and free customer parking.

Fashion stores at the retail park include Next, New Look, TK Maxx and Matalan.

Other major brands here include Boots, Sports Direct, Currys PC World and Argos, Homebase and Poundstretcher. There is an M&S Foodhall selling the popular Marks and Spencer groceries, plus you can order their full range for collection. Mountain Warehouse and Starbucks opened in 2018.

There are three mobile phone stores on the retail park. EE have a store within Argos, Carphone Warehouse are inside Currys and there is a Tesco Mobile Shop in the Tesco supermarket across the road.

Across Pinchington Lane from the main retail park is a large Tesco Extra. As well as a full food offer, the store stocks clothing, home and electrical ranges. The Tesco store is open 24 hours Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Cafes and restaurants at Newbury Retail Park include two Costas (one on the main retail park and one at Tesco), Starbucks, an M&S Café, Pizza Hut and McDonalds.

Opening hours on the retail park vary. All stores open 7 days and many trade until 8pm on weekdays.

Customer parking is free but restricted to a maximum of 3 hours on the retail park.
