Longwater Retail Park has a good selection of major stores including Argos, Sports Direct and Smyths Toys.

The largest store on the main retail park is The Range, selling a wide variety of home, leisure and garden products, such as furniture, furnishings, toys and crafts.

The M&S Foodhall stocks the popular Marks and Spencer grocery ranges. You can also collect online orders from their full clothing and home collections.

At Sports Direct you'll find sports clothing and equipment collections from the likes of Adidas, Nike and Puma. The Smyths Toys superstore stock toys, outdoor play and electronic gaming.

There is an Argos catalogue store at Longwater Retail Park selling their full range of products including home electricals, technology, furniture, toys and nursery goods from top brands such as Samsung, Apple, Lego and Dyson.

Also present are Boots the Chemist, the Norwich Lighting Centre and Pets at Home (including a Companion Care vet surgery and a Groom Room pet grooming salon).

Alongside the main retail park is a large Sainsbury's superstore. This sells groceries as well as non-food products such as Tu clothing and home furnishings. Inside there is also a branch of the EE mobile phone shop and a Lloyds Pharmacy. There is a Sainsbury's petrol station on-site.

Just outside the retail park is a large, modern Next store with their clothing, home and garden offer.

The main retail park has a large free customer car park, limited to a 5 hour maximum stay.

Cafes and restaurants

On the retail park you'll find a Pizza Hut restaurant, a Greggs bakery and a Costa Coffe, plus in-store café's within Marks & Spencer, The Range and Sainsbury's.

Opposite Sainsbury's is a McDonalds drive thru. Inside Next there is another Costa café.

Opening times

The retail park does not have set trading hours. Most stores open until 8pm on weekdays and until at least 6pm on Saturdays. Typical hours on Sunday are 10.30am to 4.30pm.

Sainsbury's open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
