Prestatyn Shopping Park is a modern open-air retail destination where you'll find a host of major High Street brands including M&S, Tesco, JD and Next. It is located in the heart of Prestatyn town centre in North Wales.

The retail park is also known by its Welsh name, Parc Siopr Prestatyn.

The largest retailer present here is a Tesco food store with everything for your weekly grocery needs. They also stock Tesco’s F&F clothing lines, homewares and electrical items.

Marks & Spencer sells clothing, shoes and accessories, plus home furniture and furnishing ranges. It also has an M&S Foodhall and a cafe.

Other fashion names present include River Island, Next, TK Maxx and Clarks shoes. These all have ranges for men, women and children. There is also a Sports Direct selling sports equipment and clothing for all ages from brands such as Adidas, Puma and Nike.

A recent addition to the park is JD with their popular ranges of branded sports leisure clothing and footwear. This store opened in May 2022, replacing the former New Look shop.

The retail park has a selection of mobile phone service providers. On site are Vodafone, Tesco Mobile (which is situated at the entrance to the Tesco supermarket), as well as a TechEdge mobile phone repairs and accessories branch.

Boots Chemists, Card Factory, Poundland and local furniture maker David J Jones complete the retail line-up at the shopping park.

Parc Prestatyn has cafes inside Tesco and M&S, plus a branch of Costa coffee. You may also want to try one of the many independent cafes and eateries on the nearby High Street.

There is a large customer car park, free for up to three hours (subject to change - please follow signage).

The shopping park also has a Tesco petrol filling station, which can be found to the side of M&S.

Opening Times

Trading hours vary at the retail park by store.

Tesco is open until late apart from on Sundays and bank holidays. Their normal trading hours are 7am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

Marks and Spencer are open from 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 7pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

JD Sports open 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays.

Some of the larger stores such as TK Maxx, Sports Direct, Next, Poundland and Boots close as late as 8pm on weekdays but normally only trade until 6pm or 7pm on Saturdays.

Most stores trade on Sundays from 10am to 4pm, though some do open earlier for browsing only. Bank holiday opening times will be different to the normal weekday hours.

The shopping centre is located within Prestatyn town centre, just a short walk from the High Street's shops and businesses.

There are two entrances to the car park. One via Bridge Road / High Street and one off Nant Hall Road.

Prestatyn railway station is located alongside the shopping park. The town’s bus station is less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
