Poole Retail Park

Poole Retail Park is a popular shopping destination with over a dozen major UK retail names. It is located in the suburb of Branksome, within easy reach of much of the wider Bournemouth and Poole conurbation.

Right next to the main entrance to the retail park is John Lewis at Home, which stocks their home, garden and electrical ranges. Across the road is a large Homebase store with a strong DIY offer and garden centre.

Further along from these two major stores you'll find the main shopping area and car parks.

The retail park has a strong selection of furniture and furnishings stores. As well as John Lewis and Homebase, there are HomeSense (the TK Maxx homewares brand), AHF, Oak Furnitureland, Carpetright and Next Home.

For those who are fans of sports and the outdoors, you'll find branches of Decathlon and DW Sports. There is also a DW Fitness gym.

Other major names here include Boots, Pets at Home, Mothercare and Home Bargains.

Parking for customers is free at the retail park.

Poole Retail Park was built in the 1980's on the site of the former Redlands Pipes factory and was formerly called Poole Commerce Centre.

Opening times

The retail park is open seven days a week but opening hours vary from store to store.

John Lewis is open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays.

Many stores open until 8pm on Monday to Friday.

Poole Retail Park can be found off the main A35 Bournemouth to Poole Road in Branksome, at the junction with the B3061. The entrance and exit is via the Pottery Junction roundabout.

The retail park is well served by buses on the main Bournemouth to Poole routes. Branksome railway station is just 200m from the entrance to the site.
