Sears Retail Park is home to popular High Street names including Next, Argos and TK Maxx.

The retail park has a TK Maxx clothing store, selling branded fashions and accessories. Alongside is a Boots chemist and an Argos Extra catalogue store.

There is also an M&S Foodhall selling the Marks & Spencer grocery ranges. Opposite are Oak Furnitureland and Magnet stores.

Facing the main retail terrace, the modern Next store stocks their fashion, childrenswear, home and outdoor living ranges. Inside Next is a Costa café and Paperchase.

Next store at Sears Retail Park, Solihull

Toys R Us and Homebase have closed on the retail park. The former Homebase is currently being redeveloped into a modern new shoppping unit.

Alongside Sears Retail Park is the Solihull Retail Park development with stores such as Currys, B&Q and Hobbycraft.

Opening times

Hours of trading vary from store to store. Most shops open until 8pm on weekdays, until 7pm on Saturdays and from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays.
