Pallion Retail Park

Pallion Retail Park in Sunderland is home to popular retail names such as Dunelm, B&M, Iceland and Matalan.

Go Outdoors opened a new store here in 2019. This stocks a large selection of outdoor clothing and equipment, plus cycling and camping ranges.

The Dunelm store includes furniture, furnishings, lighting and garden departments. There is also an in-store coffee shop.

Matalan's large shop here sells women's, men's and children's clothing ranges, plus homewares.

Other shops present are B&M, Poundstretcher, Iceland, Cancer Research UK and Discount Decor. There is also a Costa café with a drive thru.

The retail park is normally open 7-days-a-week. Opening hours vary from store to store so please check ahead with your chosen store before travelling.

The retail park is one-and-a-half miles west of Sunderland city centre, off the A1231 Woodbine Terrace. It is situated on the southern side of the River Wear, near to the new Northern Spire bridge. The postcode for Sat Navs is SR4 6TY.

Pallion station on the Tyne and Wear Metro is adjacent to the retail park.
