A1 Retail Park

A1 Retail Park is an out-of-town retail destination within easy reach of much of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. It was previously known as Biggleswade Retail Park.

Following an extensive redevelopment, the retail park is now modern shopping attraction. Here you'll find over 20 major national retail brands offering all you need in fashion and for your home.

The fashion line-up here beats that of many UK High Streets. A1 Retail Park boasts a full Marks and Spencer with clothing ranges and a foodhall. Also here are Next, TK Maxx, H&M, River Island, New Look and Matalan. There is also an Outfit store within which you'll find major fashion names such as TopMan, TopShop, Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins.

Argos have opened a brand new full store on the new retail park. Other retailers on site are Boots, Wilko, Laura Ashley and Cotswold Outdoor. The established Homebase store is still here and has a comprehensive DIY and Garden product offer.

Across the road from the main retail park is a second retail terrace which has Halfords, Bensons for Beds and Pets at Home.

For those wanting to relax with a drink or have something to eat, there is a Costa outlet inside Next. Additionally, M&S have a cafe on their upper level.

The retail park has a large car park that is free for customer use.

Opening hours are typically 9am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am-4.30pm on Sunday. Please be aware that some stores will differ from these times so do check direct with the store before your journey.
